6 Posts. Taking over wahaha

Ho boy five posts are just bloody depressing. I guess my peers have a real life to think about. I should but I wouldn't. Live for the present and all that. Doesn't work for everyone but if I don't do it I might very well kill myself. This makes two blogs I have posted my own shit with. I guess I always had an eye for things nobody else remembers. Making me quite philosophical and once again I wonder why I turned out as I am. Why am I posting this? Because I like the number 6 and if I post this the blog would have 6 posts! It's a perfect number (look it up) I really should make this longer but then again I can't be bothered, just finished venting in another place. I guess since this post is about remembering things then I will say one thing about memories. I might very well try to live for the present but... the past can not be forgotten. As easy as it seems for other people though =S maybe I should make more experiences though as I seem to be the only one with nothing to do. I would try and change the world but there really is nothing I felt deeply enough to change. Whether injustice happens to me or somebody, I guess I wouldn't act. What a sad sad man I am. I guess one thing I could do is write in depression forums since I do have a flair for words but I am not happy enough to give inspiration to others yet. Not as deep or entertaining as I wanted for my first and last posts to be but whatcha gonna do. Ciao blog, goodbye youth, only a small part of you was happy but that one perfect moment after high school bells rung was enough.

Another news update!

Hey people, and yes, we are still going to publish this thing no matter what! We did however, extended the deadline further as we required a bit more tinkering than we thought. For everyone who still is checking this blog, and those who are actually interested, pls begin think of more ideas to publish. So far it seemed as though we have enough for a decent newsletter. So just think copy and paste international news, pls?

Our newsletter is going to take on a more editorial stance on things. When we're actually reporting, we're only going to be cutting and pasting news sources directly from cnn or something.

Just head up for anyone also interested, here were some of the ideas we thought of about the newsletter themes:

- September : Universities/future/sports?
- October: Anything weird, strange and odd (think 'Ripley's Believe it or not')
- November: US Election (politics, international news)
- December: Holidays in general for further awareness

Alright, there it all is! Have fun mulling about this all you guys, we need to get this thing rolling soon :)
Pls meet all deadlines and pls also send me all your articles by email on the due date. Give me the hard copies for me to edit yeah? I'll give 'em back to you later. Have fun writing!

Quick News Update

Hey guys, not really sure when we're going to publish this thing and we haven't really planned anything out yet..

For the idea, 'nationally ignorant or national plus' do you guys want me to write an article on how we're not appreciating Indonesian culture since we're so immersed in a mixed background at school or what? I'm also trying to write about the Georgian Crisis, but I'm not sure if I should do it now since by the time the newspaper's published, the news might be outdated...

Any suggestions on what i can write about? So far I have made no contributions, and it's driving me crazy! I don't know what to write for an editorial, should I comment on the state of the Indo government corruption? We need to get this thing published soon or else it'll crash again!

Also, I was thinking of interviewing Mav Panner as a part of in-school news; problem is, I dont know what to ask him and when I should do it? 

Oh, and can someone tell me Swe's email so i can invite him to this blog? And if anyone has an announcement or need help about their articles, no matter how big or small, pls post it up. that way, its much easier than trying to look in comments to see what y'all got to say :)

Okay, since I officially work in the Entertainment Section (filler gitu loh) :D here are some ideas or bagian yg is in at least one issue of Voice. Yg permanent is not yet established and this is only a rough draft.

- Fast Facts:
Short random facts about life. Maybe 4-5. Can dwell upon theme of issue.

- Movie Preview:
1-2 Indo movies, 1-2 Blockbuster Movies; maybe even 1 classical movie. Synopsis, Movie Details, Personal Comment, Star-Rating System

- Music Preview:
Phoebe's thing. I'm 'argh' when it comes to music. Similar to Movie Preview Section.

- A Comic featuring that still 'unnamed character' of mine:
And one 'running gag' strip of him/her/it - 1) bangun pagi; 2) buka gorden; 3) running away in fear from the window that shows a view of the outside (random image)

- Wizard of Oz Production Update + 'Exclusive' Interviews from Cast and Crew
Phoebe's Idea: Nearing the show's premiere, can we get our readers to feel the WoOZy spirit? Funny gimmick.

- Essays and What Nots:
A bi-weekly conversation between a naive 3rd grader and an IB student. The IB student would usually debunk the 3rd grader's assumption using hard, complex, verbose, and descriptive answers. (e.g. "The JONAS BROTHERS are the best musicians EVER!" and we'd reply with the works of BACH, CHOPIN, The BEATLES, their puny sense of good music, a quote from the Jonas Brothers, and other stuff).

- Sudoku, Crosswords, Wordsearch and other games suitable for the average PeHa student.
So, in other words, they're not gonna be easy. And not IMPOSSIBLE at the same time gitu.

That's practically it right now; unless I missed something. I sorta need the A-Okay sign from our beloved editors before I am actually allowed to do anything. I'll also need feedback and suggestions. :)
